1. Belfast Tenancy

If there's any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
